1. Right to Return and Exchange
• You have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
• Only products that have not been used, retain their original appearance, consumer properties, factory labels, and original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.

2. Procedure for Exchange and Return
• To initiate an exchange or return, you need to contact our manager via Instagram or the email provided on the website.
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice).
• Once your exchange or return request is confirmed, the item must be sent to our address at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

3. Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the product has been received and inspected.
• The funds are returned via the same payment method used for the purchase or to a bank account, as agreed.

4. Product Exchange
• You can exchange the product for a similar item of a different size or model (if available), or choose another item from our store’s assortment.
• If the price of the new product differs, an appropriate price adjustment will be made.

5. Shipping Costs
• In the case of returning a product of proper quality, shipping costs are not reimbursed.
• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
